Q1: How soon is your response?

Within 24 hours.

Q2: How can I get a quick quotation from you?

Please send your design drawings or samples to us with your requirements. Usually you can get our quotation within 48 hours, while it depends on the workload.

Q3: What's the basic information do you need for accurate quotation?

(1) Part drawings: 2D: pdf, dxf; 3D: iges, step, for complex parts, both 2D and 3D drawing are necessary.
(2) Material specification, e.g. Aluminum 6061, Steel 1020, Stainless steel 304.
(3) Coating/Surface treatment, e.g. As machined, brushed, anodized, plated, powder coated, bead blasted, sand blasted.
(4) Quantity for each order, Annual volume or even annual volume of the next coming years.
(4) General tolerance standard: DIN/ISO2768-M, DIN/ISO2768-F or better.

Q4: How to confirm your quotation?

You can confirm it by phone, fax or email.

Q5: Can I have prototypes or samples before placing the order?

Sure, we understand you need sample/prototype for testing and approval. It can be made by soft tooling or hard tooling.

Q6: Do I have to pay for the prototypes or samples?

Not all the time. It depends on the raw material, labor cost and the courier charge. Sample charges will be refunded to you when you place the volume order.

Q7: Do you need a courier account number from me? Such as DHL, EMS, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc.

Yes, if you have one. And we can also take care of all the details if you don't have.

Q8: How to place an order to you?

By phone, fax or email.

Q9: What is your favorite payment term for orders?

T/T or L/C. It is negotiable for other terms.
30-50% prepaid and balance before shipment or against copy of B/L.

Q10: Do you provide weekly report for my orders?

Yes, we do. And you can contact us for the status at any time.

Q11: Do you provide custom packaging?

Yes, we can do it for you.

Q12: Do you have bar coding capabilities?

Yes, we have.

Q12.5: Will you arrange remake for failed parts?

Yes. We will arrange remake for you as soon as failed parts confirmed. Please provide us with pictures to show the quality issue so we can identify them and avoid such issues for your future order. All the remake cost and shipping cost to you will be on us. Our ultimate goal is zero defect and 100% customer satisfaction.
